Purchased a Juki Long Arm from them in 1998. Never had any problems until last week. Machine got jammed up and when I got it freed up, machine was dropping stitches and hand wheel turned over hard. Unable to fix issues, I called and talked to shop Supervisor Michael . Being the busy season for boat covers , Michael was able to get me in to look at it ,in short notice. Technician was able to determine problems and had it fixed quickly. I really appreciate effort by Michael and staff to get me back up running .MIchael THANK YOU for your professionalism and expertise. Vurtice Albright

Professionalism can only be experienced to understand. I’ve been trying to get hold of a machine for almost a year calling everyone in the US from online resources. Finally, contacted the Juki HQ with my frustration and they referred me to Hoffman Brothers. I not only got the machine in a timely manner, the whole experience was great. So much so that I bought two more machines that I was considering as well. The team members are “attuned” and the president, Scott, could understand what I might need and walked the process together. Good service is still available in our good old USA. My stress melted away.

I have been dealing with Hoffman Brothers since the 1980's. Their sales AND customer service is second to none. Ron Hoffman Always looks out for his customers with very caring concern. They are a very old school company. Very few of them left in this day and age.

Being a Chicago based fashion designer and having a brand, I have had nothing but multiple great and welcoming experiences with this company. I currently own 3 machines from them and plan on purchasing more. They are very helpful and professional even after you have made a purchase and need extra assistance. If someone asks me where to go, I definitely recommend this company first!
