Stayed one night on AA voucher because my flight was canceled. The bed was comfortable and had feather pillows. Large, well appointed, fresh smelling, ample luxurious towels, toiletries. I would have liked to stay another night, but my rescheduled flight left early the following morning. (The shuttle never arrived to collect me from the airport, so I had to take a taxi. I waited outside, in the snow. I wasn’t happy about that.)

Jimmy and Marisol at the Front Desk were absolutely amazing. We had such a rough and long day traveling and they make everything so easy during the check in and help us with everything from snacks to shuttle information.THANK YOU SO MUCH!

This is really a 3.5The parking situation here is a little odd. Very secure which is nice but the layout is super weird and it’s annoying to have to constantly badge in and out. One star off for that.The rooms were very nice, bathrooms seemed a little old.I had a run in with a rep at the front desk. I asked to be double parked for a hot minute cause I forgot something in my room and she was very cautious about it because “the shuttle needs to get through” (the shuttle was not present). I explained people/the shuttle could get around me and I would just be a minute to which she replied “I’m counting.” I thought she was joking but looked as serious as a heart attack. Another gentleman overheard this on the elevator and said he had a run in with the general manager over the shuttle not stopping at all the terminals at O’Hare. When I came back down literally a minute later I said to the clerk “were you counting?” She looked at me sternly and quipped “yep!”I spoke with the general manager myself about my issue and for me, he was very receptive. He listened and offered some recompense but I declined. He said he would follow up with the employee and seemed to have an idea of who I was talking about. .5 stars off for that but credit given for his service recovery.The big issue here is there are soooooo many options in the area. This hotel is right next to a Mariott Courtyard and Rosemont is full of hotels. My rate was reasonable but discounted. Looked like the full rate was not super reasonable so I would probably stay elsewhere on future visits. Seems like the hotel has a good rating overall so maybe this was a one off? Hope he’s able to deal with the customer service issues.

We were so thankful for American Airlines for giving us this hotel after finding bed bugs at the last hotel they gave us. Our flight to St. Thomas was routed back to Chicago because of a fuel leak.The shuttles were very good drivers and they have two who are available to be at the airport every half hour.

Proximity to the terminal is great. Not a lot within walking distance but the shuttle will take you around the route any time. Clean rooms and great staff.

Easy access from ORD. Friendly staff, quiet room, good restaurant, and clean. 15 minutes from ORD by shuttle. Airport shuttle pickup location at ORD changed on Feb 1 2024 so check with info to find it.

Overall this hotel was very well kept and super clean, management greets you upon arrival. Upon leaving an entering I was always greeted. This Establishment has really great customer service which is very important to me. Me and my wife stayed here and the best part was enjoying the spa and pool. I think I next time I will take my kids here since this is a family friendly place. They will love the pool!!!!
