I've been going to this location multiple times a week for a little over a year now.
There has been a steady decline in quality from the bakery and pizza sections.
50% of the time, most of the made daily bakery is burnt. I usually buy the 4-pack of chocolate chip muffins when they aren't burnt. Today they were very burnt so I passed and went to the pizza. There was literally one slice left so I asked someone at the deli if the pizza was closed for the night. I watched him look around the corner into the back area and then turns to me and says "it could be up to an hour". At that point I went to find something else for dinner in the store. I couldn't settle on something so I walked back to the deli section to find 2 new cheese pizzas out. Surprise, the slices are literally cold somehow. Really poor management there considering all of the cooking times don't change. Their bakery and pizza has declined because of bad management of the baking process that's spelled out for them.
Also, their prices are consistently 30% or more expensive for the identical brand, product and size from other stores. Most recently I noticed the redmill brownie mix is $4.99 at Whole Foods. It's $3.49 everywhere else I've been able to find it.
They also recently increased their pricing for the 365 1.5QT ice cream tubs. They were $4.99 a few weeks ago and now they are $6.49. Guess the margin wasn't record profit level enough for Whole Foods.

I love whole foods but they used to make amazing guacamole with Kale. I grabbed one no kale taste like processed not fresh guacamole. Like seriously what the heck? Gross. Never again.

I absolutely love Whole Foods! There’s a great variety of fresh and/or organic vegetables and fruit to choose from. Whole Foods is the best store to buy fresh caught fish, grass fed and finished meat.

Call around 10 before 8 pm to order a pizza
Got told 30-35 min
I arrive at 8:25 and just wanted ro ask to see when the pizza will be ready
No one there to ask at the pizza oven
Finally after 5 min someone come and ask me how he can help me
I ask to see how long for my pizza..surprise ..he found out that no one made my pizza
Then he told me be ready in 10-15 min
I said wow thats amazing
After 15 min i comeback to pick the pizza
Top of the pizza burned and bottom very raw
I ask can u plz put it in the oven for another five minutes
Got told; sorry oven got shut down
Tool my pizza and had to finish it at my own oven

It seems for Pizza Fridays I got a small pizza instead of the large one I ordered when I could have easily gotten a small pizza for cheaper somewhere else.

5 Stars to Jeremy in the cheese department! Friendliest/Best customer service I have ever received from anyone there in the last 2 years! So had to spend the time to give recognition where needed. He took notice when I had no idea what I was looking for. Spent the time to educate and give me some killer recommendations. While saving me money at the save time. The cheese, olives, and crackers were great Jeremy! Thanks for all your help.
