I was here for pleasure with my family, the rooms were really clean. good vibes around me. Starbucks breakfast included. Very good. The pool and spa have a pleasant temperature and clean. The maintenance Jesús was there, he checked every detail very well before swimming. Thank you. At the exit the smile of the receptionists saying goodbye. My stay was ok but nothing was complimentary with my stay, breakfast was a joke with Starbucks food and overly way more expensive than expected. Not even a free cup of coffee from check out time waiting for shuttle. Won't be doing again.Rooms: Plenty of room space and clean besides old carpeting needs to be changed out.Food & drinks: Don't do it!!!! Total joke!!!

We arrived quite late due to a flight delay. Only one person was working at that hour and things started out a little rough but then it turned around into a much more pleasant interaction.The room was fine, about what you would expect, it was clean, plenty of towels and pillows. The street noise was annoying, I should have used a white noise app or something. It was perfectly fine for the price we paid.

Staff seemed a little bit confused. However it seems like they are training. Mattress very very poorly.. pool very disappointed. The pool was cold and the surrounding deck very very very slippery. Not only did my wife slip and fall My grandson and a few other hotelers... like walking on a sheet of ice when wet...

We stayed there 5 nights on the bussines trip. The staff there is just fantastic, they are very friendly and accommodating. Nothing is an issue for them.The rooms are ok, spacious and clean - air con bit loud but not a problem for me, it sounded like white noise so I actually did not mind. Food is average, sometimes kitchen was closed but plenty restaurants in area so it was not an issue for us. I would definitely stay again :)

I am a loyal Marriott customer but this place is an embarrassment. I called ahead and they said the kitchen was open only to arrive and find out the kitchen is closed. Then they hand me a bunch of menus from restaurants that supposedly deliver later in the evening only to find out none of them are open either. And because the kitchen is not open at this location, The food in the convenience store was also picked clean. You would think if they close their kitchen they will overstock the convenience store to ensure they have something for their customers.

It's a standard Courtyard, price and points requirements are fairly low compared to most Marriott properties in the O'Hare area. The airport shuttle is fine (about 15 seats) and runs every 30 minutes (at the hour and half hour from the hotel to the airport) though if you're at the airport Shuttle Center you need to call in order to ensure they're coming which takes about 15 minutes (Door 2).Food & drink are fine, though there can often be a wait for check-in and food/bar service. Rooms are comfy and clean enough, not fancy but typical for a Courtyard. The on-site Bistro is fine but the best food in the area is about a 5-7 minute walk to the casino next door - good options and a very safe walk (despite recent concerns from a fellow hotel guest who lives in AL and took the hotel shuttle less than 2,000 feet due to fears about getting shot if walking in the Chicago area SMH).It's not my favorite O'Hare hotel but good if needed. I'll round up to 4 stars although I'll take the Westin down the street any day if the price is right. :)

I absolutely love staying here!! Lisa was on the overnight shift and nothing short, then amazing, very friendly, kind, and explained everything about our stay & nearby places to check out!! I have stayed here numerous times since January 2023. This was my 1st time to meet Miss. Lisa she is hands down the best staff member they have!!My family member was staying here as well, 11-4-23someone on the 3rd floor facing the court yard threw an egg at my sister and brother in law it busted all over her & she has a huge bruise on the top of her foot!The manager did absolutely nothing. It really upset me!But Lisa attitude made me feel a little better about the situation !Lisa, keep up the great work !

I stayed here for one night in between flights into/out of O'Hare. My room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. The water pressure was not the best, but that's my only real quibble. I would stay here again.I got in just before their little restaurant closed, and had a quick dinner after a long flight. The food was good, and they had a couple of local craft beers too.This hotel does offer a shuttle to the airport, but the staff is a bit confusing and blasé about when it comes, how to get it, etc. But it worked out fine for me, despite the uncertainty.In the morning, there was some problem with the kitchen at the hotel restaurant, so their usual for-purchase breakfast items were all unavailable. To make up for this, they laid out a complementary spread of coffee, muffins, bagels, fruit, etc. I had been hoping for eggs but this free lighter breakfast was a good solution.The hotel is quite close to O'Hare by car, but there's nothing really around it. Don't expect to pop out to a convenience store.All the staff I interacted with were lovely. Very warm and friendly. I felt really welcome.
