Purchase 10 beautiful dinning chairs few years ago and now I only have 6 left they falling apart one by one really bad wood materials !! They discontinued the items so no refund or any discount it’s outraged !! I Remembered I save up to buy those chairs !!!

bought chairs in october , first one broke in april and second broke in july , spent $800 on these and company wont even replace them ,purchased through appliance connection and their warranty is only 30 days coaster furniture is a year and no help or anything from this company keep getting the run around these are junk very dangerous as well staples sticking out and base welds break please what ever you do dont by these someone will get hurt

I love it, I’ve always said that the quality of the Coaster furniture is the best for me, but it is more important who you have in charge of a company. I think that you should love your work and provide the attention to each client kindly. Coaster Des Plaines, IL has my 5 stars for that attention and solution to the problems that sometimes happen. thank you Olivia ?

Ordered furniture at a specific price and it was not in stock and was told through email the price increase would not affect my order. When I picked up the order they charge me a price increase. That was extremely misleading! Ordered back in November 2020 with some items available in February of 2021 and then 2 items back ordered until July 2021 and then lied about price

I have never heard of a company rising the prices on a back ordered item until Coaster. Just know the price you see when you order may not be what you pay at pick up- they will charge you higher.

I have been waiting four months for my furniture to be delivered. And i can never get through when i call. i am a very very unhappy customer and i will need someone from corporate to contact me now. i am having lawyers involved for you guys taking my money and giving me no updates on when my kids chest will be coming in.
