I come to this branch a lot to send wires and usually they are pretty fast but today Miss Samira helped me and she was quickest person ever to help me send a wire. She really knew her way to navigate the system.Thank you so much for taking care of me

They are making it absolutely impossible to get my own money. Branch manager was absolutely worthless in trying to resolve issue. I am done with Chase Bank and this branch due to this issue

Ishu Yousif is the Best Banker I’ve met in so many years . I have been dealing with an issue on the account for over 7 days , have been back and forth at several branches , only Ishu yousif could resolve it for me .Very caring , outrageous kind and just simply amazing person .Thank you very much for your professionalism.

My experience in this Branch is terrible. Branch Manager Matthew J. Hochstatter,who supposed help to resolve problems for customers,he doing opposite things. Like Chase employee,he have possibilities to contract centar for support,but he making choice to not to doing that and give me phone number to do basically his job. So,why we need Branch Manager like that in Des Plaines?

Came here with my mom to have my parents joint account be solely in her name since my dad passed away. I tagged along to interpret for my mother. We were unsure of the process and wanted help to navigate the situation since my mom will be out of the country to plan my father’s funeral and wanted all her ducks in a row. Adam was somewhat helpful, although I did not appreciate his implication that we were ‘moving too soon’ after my father passing away and somehow implying that we were trying to be shady. My mom was upset after I told her once we left, since I did not want her to be upset in the bank. Also did not appreciate the question on how my father passed or the question on whether he was vaccinated or not. I kept my composure for my mom, but most likely will not come back to this specific bank for services.

Came here to deposit money and they must have “misplaced” my money because the money I had just counted was $100 short and they had no idea how that happened and blamed me and said I must have counted wrong . Even tho I know how much money I had and there’s pretty much nothing can they can do since they say I have to file a police report to get them to look at the cameras . I don’t mind losing $100 but a warning to others since it could be the last of their money .
