It now costs almost $5 to dry cleaned a men’s dress shirt.. i will not be returning. I used to go to a different location and it was very price effective, good and quick. But at this point i might as well do it myself.

The last time I went the only thing they did with my clothes was fold them and hang them on hooks they returned them to me the same and charged me for nothing I am very disappointed in that place in Des plaines

Absolutely awful. None of my main concerns were addressed regarding my dresses. My dress that had sequins and feathery sleeves was completely ruined. The sleeves lost all their “fluff”, the wiring from the “fluff” connected to the sleeves was poking out and on the verge of falling, and there were so many snags that were not there prior to me bringing the dress in. The reason I brought this dress in was so a professional could professionally handle this… big mistake. My second dress still had stains, which they said might be fixed with bleach (after I picked it up) however, they can’t use bleach. I wish they would have told me that when I dropped the dress off… truly a waste of time and money to drop my dresses off at this place. I probably could’ve done a better job at home. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

I had 18 choir robes cleaned. I have done this with this location for over 10 years. They must have changed there solution or something. 8 robes zippers could not get the catch to go into the base. They would not zip up due to not being able to get into the base. Possible the heat was too hot when pressing the garments. Gonna have to fine a different cleaners for next year.

Got my wedding dress clean and preserved, it was so easy! Dropped it off and 1.5 weeks later got a text saying it was ready to be picked up. It looks nice in the box they put it in. Was significantly cheaper than the other options I was looking into so very satisfied!

This was our first time using CD One Price Cleaners based on reviews. We were in town and needed a quick wash and fold laundromat. We had a large load about 18lbs. that we needed cleaned by the next day. We liked that they texted us when the load was ready. It was in a duffle bag that we could keep and included in the price about $37. When we got back to the hotel we were not happy with the folding, most of the clothes were wrinkled and there were pieces that were still damp. It looked like they just balled the shirts and pants up. 3 out of 5 stars is generous!
