Unfortunately it was waste of money.
As you can see on the pictures car was just briefly swiped without any effort. I’m not talking about some hard to access places, but handles, dash board, doors and all other parts are the same way I dropped off before car was “cleaned”. They left all the garbage inside. I was checking reviews on Yelp before I stopped here and I’m really disappointed because service was waaaay below from what I’ve read on those reviews. Waste of $36

I’m feel really sad for the owner, he is such a humble and down to earth guy but his employees ruining his business. What is the use staying in business when u can’t give the service. Done with Castro hand car wash. I rather wash my car by myself.

HORRIBLE customer service! On here it says they’re open until 5pm . It’s 415pm I just pulled up happy to try this hand car wash and found out they are close after I waited in line. I go to their website and on there it says they’re open until 5pm. So, which is it? 4:15pm or 5:00pm? Never again. They should be ashamed of their rudeness and the poor service!

I will never come back to this place. You can be their customer for a long time and tip them every single time but they will not take you 30 min before 5pm even though they can. Very disappointed!
