I have known this guy for almost three decades and watch him and his business grow. He has done a few major jobs for me and I was and still please with the quality work he does. He has a wide knowledge of cars. My first car he worked on was a Mercury Sable 1996, then Honda Accord 2004, BMW 530i 2002, Subaru Forrester 2006, Audi A4 2006. If something is fixable and cost effective he will fix it. He not only think of the best for your car, he think what’s best for your pocket and make sense. I now live out of state and I ship my car to him for major jobs. I recommend this to guy all day every day.

I met with Carlos and we laid out a plan to fix several things that needed to be repaired on my Austin Healey. He did a wonderful job and my car has never ran this well, sounded so good and now goes faster than it ever did!!! Thanks Carlos!!!!

Overall a really genuine mechanic. I went to Firestone and Katts before coming here and they did not explain nor try a few things before trying to just replace everything and charge me. The mechanic here tried to actually find the issue with the AC to repare/replace the correct items rather than just replace the whole thing just bc it's "faster" for them (bc it's also more expensive). I appreciate how they work here even if it's a little longer time.

Had a flat tire called this place at 730pm nice guy answered phone right away and said come on in I can take a look.
Patched the tire and fixed it right away! With a smile at the right price.
No fuss at all !

Stay away from this place!!! This auto repair place is the worst place I have ever taken any of my cars to. I ended up paying $350 and I had to get my car towed out of there, it didn't even get fixed. Carlos is a very dishonest and unethical individual, he originally started saying that it would cost me $4,000 to change batteries and some sensors and then when we told him we couldn't afford it, he said that it would only be $1,174. Every time we would talk to him he would give us a different price. He finally said it would be $500 just for labor to "check the car" and $259 for the battery, which the battery only cost $169 at Napa Auto Parts. His math never added up and he didn't even fix my car!! Car is still not working and he took the battery that he installed off my car because u refused to pay him the $500 for just "checking my car"!! He charges as much as my lawyer and he didn't even fix my car!! Please beware before you take your car here!!

Carlos is amazing!!! He is very detailed and patient with his customers. He explained and showed me what was wrong with my car. I have a Toyota highlander. I went to a few places to get my car fixed. They told me something was wrong with my muffler and I even got my muffler replaced . I spent a lot of money trying to get this problem resolved and found out it was something else. Carlos is honest and he cares lot about his work. I appreciate his attention to detail and for explaining things to me prior to doing the job! I will come back again and recommend C and H to my friends. I wish we had more people like Carlos!!! Thank you Carlos!!!
