Everything good, all cashiers are nice , but this cashier Lolita is beyond mean, doesn’t know how to treat costumbres . Today I was in line an there was an old man paying and she asked him if he had 25 cents, he could heard her bc of the age and asked her what she was saying and she rudely said to him, nothing never mind . And after she was so rude to my mom. It’s unbelievable how someone like this is working in costumer service .

I like this place = because it is American place= everyone can speak English and most employees are knowledgeable and got a lot of patience working with customer like me who is not bad person and not really obnoxious!!@!! God bless this place!!!

I live in Des Plaines and would shop here because prices seemed reasonable. I stopped shopping here when I realized that they knowingly sold spoiled meat and expired products. When I returned spoiled products the employee conducting my refund (Diane) said to me that she doesn't care because that's the store's problem. This mentality is a reflection of how the company chooses to manage it's employees and products. STAY AWAY!

We shop here often because of the good sale prices, but their meat consistently goes bad before the date they mark it with. Not only wastes the money I spent on their meat, but then I am left trying to feed my family last minute which is often more costly. It happens A LOT. I shouldn't be having to throw away rotten meat before the sell by date, but I do often, and that is why other reviews talk about meat being bad when they buy it. This place has no idea how long it takes meat to rot and profits from selling rotten food wrapped in plastic so you can't smell it until you open it at home. Please train your employees on how long meat takes to rot, Butera.

Staff friendly and a big variety of your grocery needs. Unfortunately the meat section needs improvement. There has been instances where the meat is not up to standard. And sometimes brought home meat that was bad.
