Terrible customer service!! EVERYONE behind the counter and in the yard act like they’re doing you a favor to take your money. No return phone calls, wrong orders and bad deliveries. There aren’t many options unfortunately so we have to continue to use this terrible company. A little bit of management would go along way. If you have an option to go somewhere else-use it.

I got what i needed, i see how people may be concerned with customer service. They may not be the most approachable bunch, but at least they know their job. Delivery service charge was on a higher end but still better than doing multiple runs.

The customer service is one of a kind. Everyone is so knowledgeable. We came from a big name brand store where noone had any idea what we were looking for. The moment we walked in we were greeted by so many employees and immediately helped.
