Called to schedule an appointment for brake pads/rotors and an oil change. They wanted me to drop off the car. I didn't want to drop off the car and said I'll have to call them back, and they immediately (and rudely) hung up. I won't be calling back.

3 different mechanics lied and didn't know how to fix a simple problem then wanted to replace my engine. Come on. Albert and Dave diagnosed my car told me it's a simple fix. Spark plugs and a coolant hose. If your tired of mechanics scamming you. Go to brakes plus. Albert and Dave are so friendly honest and give a detailed estimate and did extra work at no cost. its the little things and friendly service that everyone should have a last mechanic they need to go to and not worry about mechanics scamming you. Thank you Albert and Dave. Brakes plus is going to be your mechanic from now.

Very difficult to get details on what parts exactly were getting replaced for the brake job, after they tripled my over the phone price due to needed additional parts and labor upon inspection. I can't speak to their work quality, I'm sure it's great based on reviews.
