The worst attention I have ever had for wanting to leave when your schedule says it is at 8 p.m. I asked for information about the phones and their response was only that the Motorola has the Pen, wow, information about phones, they try hard to recommend them.

That the worst store I do not recommend it at all with the previous owner was OK and Rosa was OK now there is somebody that's charges for every single service a fee and if you request even your account number you get charged 20 dollars is a rip off DO NOT BOTHER TO START BUSINESS THERE OR YOU ARE ASKING FOR A REAL HEADACHE.

Amazing the number of fake reviews on here. Boost Mobile has the worst customer support of any company. They will give you the runaround and lie and steal from you.

As a 2 year Boost customer i began having issues getting calls & texts out. After several trips to the boost store i was told i needed a new phone. Bought one. Same issues. Now they wont unlock my newer phone so i can switch companies because my phone was not 1 year old. ..even though i already wasted money on this new phone; which i do not need i will have to buy yet another phone to get service. I went to corporate store but no resolve. Customer service supervisor said "sorry". Cant help you. Avoid boost at all costs. They DO NOT CARE about customers...money hungry

Went here because I was having a weird issue with my phone and I was worried because I hadn’t heard of a problem like it, Lupe helped me so so much and worked tirelessly for multiple hours to fix the phone. Really grateful for the wonderful customer service!
