Honestly it's not the teams fault it's just the data they give on their "new network" is absolute garbage. Also all the (unlimited) data gets used up like halfway though plan period and you get reduced speeds that are 100x worse than before and that was already terrible. That's not even mentioning that the server always times out forcing you to put you phone on airplane mode and back to get back on server. It's a Boost as a company problem not this store, the staff are great.

Absolute worst customer support of any company. Bought a phone paid in full from Boost. Tried to transfer carriers and they disconnected my service without unlocking the phone leaving it rendered useless. Phone support said go to store. Store said call phone support. Horrible company.

Bought a new phone on line but every 5 minutes tells me to activate it which it already is. Went into this location to find out how to get rid of this pop up. She told me just ignore it. Thanks for your wonderful (not) customer service.

Excellent service! After calling Boost customer service and visiting another store and ended up with no answers, but lots of frustration, visited this store. Was pleasantly greeted, helped immediately, all my questions were answered, and the service was FANTASTIC !! Totally recommend this store!!!
