Decided to change bank and decided to come here. As soon as I walk in, I waited in line to be taken care of. As 2 Bank tellers are sitting at their desk, they proceed to take care of the person that walks in behind me and asks what they need. I ask, and why was I not taken care of. The response: What did you need, very mad that I bothered to ask. Well I guess this is by far the best results to get when you know your looking for a good bank with good customer service.

I'm having to bank at other locations due to my current branches lack of professionalism and customer service. Even though this location is a significant distance from me, I've been extremely satisfied with how my banking services have been met. Everyone has been friendly, professional, helpful and understanding. Each and every single time that I have visited this branch in Des Plaines. I'm planning on coming back to do my banking at this location whenever I need to!!

Customer service is poor, I would not recommend anyone to go there. I was offered bonus at opening account if i keep money for 90 days, I have had one transaction after 101 day's, they told me I don't qualify because of that transaction.

Want to feel discriminated? Stop by in , so uncalled for so unprofessional! I've never felt this uncomfortable in my life . Customer service over the phone is not any better . A lot of their banks have 1-2 stars , this location tops all the other ones for sure ! I will be closing my account and going somewhere else , Just awful .

I go this bank location quite a lot being close to my home and I agree with other customers on their service. Their customer service is so poor and slow. Many of the assistants are not friendly and you don't feel welcome there. Even you go inside the bank, you have to wait long to get to the banker that is the reason I only have one bank account there. May close that out too. In addition Harris bank hours are so short, they used to be up until 6 PM but now its only until 5 PM. You get off from work at 5 PM and by the time bank is closed, pathetic, not happy with their service and hours.

Its 12:13 Saturday drive thru is closed, it supposed to be open to 12:30

I've written a review before in regards to their customer service at the drive through. They called and begged for me to take it down and that they will be more responsive at the window. However that didn't change and you literally have to wait 20 mins before someone greets you. So this review is going back up. And I definitely won't be a customer for much longer.

Waiting to see a banker,but banker is back for chatting with teller very slow place. Never waited this long to get helped by a banker.
