I visited BOA to get some assistance on making payment on my new BOA credit card. Since the account that I was paying my BOA credit card was not a BOA checking or savings I was told to go to the other bank for help. The issue is with the BOA app and not the external account. I’m not sure how going to my other bank with issues on the BOA app would help me.

They have horrible customer service. I came to get help to do wire transaction and they asked me to do it myself and asked me to sit on the corner and do it myself. It was horrible experience her name was Pushpa

Would not recommend this location. Hope to never have to return after my visit in today.
After losing my father I had to go in to close his account which is already a difficult thing to have to do and I had many other things to have to do with his passing. I had all of the correct paperwork filled out and brought it in only to have to return 3 more times because the correct pages were not sent in. Something that should have been simple turned into a frustrating experience.
Then today I came in to once again get another paper notarized that they forgot. Walked in and was greeted by am employee. She started by noticing that I am expecting and asked how far along I am but then continued to tell me that I don't look good, that I look too tired, and that I don't look as good as I should. Literally those words! Like who says that to someones face let alone someone that is pregnant.
As I sat there trying to process what was just said I got more and more upset. Both angry and hurt. Yes probably more than normal but when you're pregnant your emotions are more sensitive. I am just appalled at my experience there today. Just unbelievable 👎

I visited Bank of America and was quite disappointed with my experience. The bank was nearly empty, yet the employees seemed to be wandering around aimlessly. Their attitude was unprofessional and disinterested; they appeared very lazy and unwilling to assist customers. When they noticed I was Asian, they immediately started talking about needing an appointment, even though my matter would only take five minutes to resolve.
It’s concerning to see such lack of customer service, especially in a place where assistance should be readily available. I hope they can improve their service and treat all customers with respect and efficiency, regardless of their background.

Today, my wife and I visited the Bank of America branch to open a new account. We were assisted by Thomas Nash, and we were very pleased with his service. He was highly professional, attentive, and explained every step of the process in detail. Thomas made a great impression as a knowledgeable and caring bank specialist who is genuinely interested in helping customers. Thank you for the excellent service!

Went to this location today to take care of a few things. I had to bring my baby with me in the stroller and it was hard for me to get in the building. There was a bike blocking the sidewalk, and I had to go through the dirt to get to the front doors. On top of that, the handicap feature on the doors that open automatically when you push the button did not work. So I struggled to get into the building. It should not be this hard for a customer to access the building.
