Five stars is not enough, Sergio went way far and beyond to assist me with my taillight bulb assembly replacement. I absolutely love great customer service. Thank you again Sergio!

Normally, I have not had any issues at this store and employees have been helpful in solving my car issues for which I am very appreciative. However, today I had an interaction with the general manager over antifreeze and it was unpleasant to say the least. The GM was rude towards me from the get go and didn't seem like he was very concerned to help me find the specific antifreeze I was looking for. He did eventually walk down to the section designated for antifreeze with me but it took some time as I almost had to beg him...was argumentative, aggressive and seemed like he did not want to help me find what I was looking for. I am very disappointed in writing this review because this store is very close to my house but this sort of customer service is unacceptable, especially when his behavior wasn't warranted. I hope this review reaches the correct person.

Bought battery, and the staff that is there are pointing fingers who will install it, One said, HE ALREADY DID THE LAST ONE, AND IT'S THE OTHER GUY'S TURN. the ending they said I have to call mechanic, coz they dont know how to. Lazy

Bought a new bearing and hub assembly for a 2012 Toyota Prius at Autozone Romeoville, IL. Installed and turned out to be a defective part. Why should autozone stock bad but new auto parts?Long story short, went to another autoshop, paid for a second diagnosis and labor to have the defective part removed and a new replacement part installed.Returned the prior part to an autozone location in Des Plaines, IL close to the airport and I was given a hard time before the return was accepted.I would like to sue Autozone to get my $300 extra labor charge back and for selling defective parts as new.

Wade went the extra mile, he was pretty busy but when he understood my problem he dropped what he was doing to help me. He even brought a new employee out with him to teach him how to change my type of wiper blade. Great example and teacher. Thanks Wade

shan m....... i think is the manager of this place, he should attend to it in a better way and with time and not make a bad face at customers. I would never return to this branch. Change your attitude and do your job with passion and a good face. My money is worth the same as other people

Stuff definitely need retraining. Super rude, didn’t want to return defective stuff. Said that spray can is defective and leaves drops (buy them all the time, every 10th or so is defective) he sprayed it in the air and laughed that it’s good. Seriously ? When trying to explain one more time why I’m returning it, received an answer from shawn “I don’t need an conversion with you, I’ll give you a favor and return item for you but I don’t need to talk to you”. Are you serious Autozone ? Older guy was polite but younger afroamerican guy shawn rude as hell.

Ann M. Helped me today and got me out of a jam. She identified the brake light I needed and installed it in the parking lot to save me from any future tickets. She did all of this with a smile. Thanks Ann!

Will M was really helpful and nice! I ran into the issue with returning a starter that failed after a couple of days and he made the refund process so easy and pleasant, if you run into any issues I recommend Will M!!!
