“Had both my vehicles worked on. The 85 Mercury needed fluids changed . And new belts . Oil leaking in air filter was fixed. And gave me update on other repairs I need. The 2011 Elantra need all fluids checked as well. And they also replaced radiator hose that was under warranty. Everything they did was excellent.”

“Took my family on a mini getaway, kids wanted to go to Jack's Pumpkin, mind you when I says kids they are all adults, neither one of the 3 wanted to go eat so my wife and I went around the corner to order Giordano's Pizza to take back to the hotel, 30 seconds away from our hotel my truck lost all power, I walked my wife back to the hotel so the kids and her could eat and I walked back to tend to my truck and wait on the insurance as I'm doing so I called a few shops and Brian from Bob's Auto and Truck repair called me back and it was late at night but he called back, finally my insurance sent a tow truck and they towed it back to the hotel and then towed it again in the AM to Brian who figured out the problem in about 3min, and to those wondering what the problem was and how Brian figured it out so quick, the guy is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend this shop but to get it outta the way, it was faulty positive and negative cables which GM knows about but won't fix or recall, Brain, thanks alot again brotha, I really appreciate you.”

“My husband's '13 Suburban has been our "go to" car for all sorts of adventures! We've taken it on all the road trips, most recently to South Dakota to Colorado and back. He got his moneys worth on the car, but we weren't ready to say "buy" (pun intended) when the transmission started to slip and drive weird. In comes Trans-O-Matic to save our fun bus! Dominic was a great guy. He was upfront and professional about the process and estimated pricing. We dropped off the car so they could have enough time to evaluate it and get a rough quote to us. Being that a new (or used) car would cost far more than a transmission rebuild or new transmission, we opted for Trans-O-Matic to work their trans-o-magic. Dominic gave us a quote on the repair time and he was really good with it! It took a couple of extra days to flush the trans clean, which we greatly appreciate! There was good communication and Dominic was transparent throughout the repair. The pricing was very fair! The car was nice and clean at pick up! Thanks Trans-O-Matic and Dominic for bring more life back to our "Family Fun Bus!" Now we are excited about our next adventure and know we'll get there without car trans problems!”

When I arrived at Chicagoland, I went to see three cars including one at this place. I end up buying another make and model from this dealer, just because of how great the inventory was.Both cars (the initially selected one and the one I bought) were pre-owned but clean, in great working conditions and fully serviced.I bought my car with 64k miles on it from this place. The car was fully detailed, fully serviced with 4 new tires and 4 new break rotors.I am a picky person in pre-owned cars and I could not find any reason to pass on this car.As I glanced at the inventory, all of the cars were serviced and detailed. As a customer, you can usually tell the degree of dealer's attention to the cars' condition and importance of the reputation by looking at the inventory.The owner and employees were friendly and the process was fast. “My rearview mirror was broken off by some j*** in my neighborhood and Edison Park while I slept. I reached out to a friend who is able to refer me to this great autoshop to get me fixed right up within 1 week. This wasn't luck this was meant to be. Because I had called him and left a voicemail on Monday, he returned my call promptly and asked me some questions about the age of my car and the price it would cost. I admitted to the fact that this is an older car with lots of miles and a matching mirror was not necessary; just something that actually took care of what was wrong which is being able to see out the left side from of my driver side mirror. We agreed that Thursday is a good time for me to bring the car in and here I am getting my car worked on and the new mirror installed. Odi, the owner was so polite, when I handed him the rearview mirror from my vehicle he knew exactly what to do. Inside the repair shop there are newspapers that turns out are ones that my friend drops off here to the shop for his father who owns the Filipino newspaper/magazine Pinoy. And a large tv with local news playing. Take advantage of the businesses on Oakton, while waiting.”

No other companies in the area would pick up my car/call and when I finally called this one they made it to me in half an hour. They also helped me push my car into a parking lot full of ice.
