She was a one of a kind professional and personable customer service rep who went ABOVE AND BEYOND, INCLUDING POST INSTALLATION FOLLOW UP. In addition, upon return of my excess materials, and a drawn out discussion, I have to also say that Claudia, and Manager Raquel, also went above and beyond to help me with the challenging credit to my original purchase. She was an absolute expert during the process. She knew everything about every brand, fixture, style, and price-point and was just such a joy to work with. Her friendliness, knowledge, and ability to figure out our aesthetic and find us some great options we loved - all while not up selling or pressuring us - was so refreshing. “James Billeter is the man!!! Custom Appliance Wholesalers out of Lombard IL is the ONLY way to purchase appliances in Chicagoland and Surrounding Suburbs. My construction project was dirty and I had a few delays but Jim had my back and kept my appliances on standby the entire time. Once I was ready my appliances arrived the next business day. I asked them to install the appliances and that’s exactly what they did! Actually installed the appliances. They actually drilled a nice hole for the drain tube for the dishwasher and attached it to the disposal under the sink. They also cut out the vent hole for the microwave. Now the microwave actually vents out of the house!! They worked with my contractor to make sure the gas line was at the correct height for the stove as well. My hats off to the Custom Appliance installers!!! They took their time so everything fit perfectly. My last experience from a big box store installer was nothing like this. Big box stores only plug in. Take it from a real estate broker and real estate investor. I know the difference. Truth is a worked for a developer who builds custom homes a couple years ago and this is where he buys his appliances. Now I know why he buys from them. I won’t go anywhere else moving forward for appliances.”

“As a family, we’ve purchased two washing machines, one dryer, two refrigerators and a freezer from here over the last 12 years or so. The newest washing machine happened just four days ago, a nice LG model that came highly rated and minus one small dent in the back, looks and works perfectly as of now. We saved somewhere around $350 off the lowest “new” price in other places and $125 off the lowest sale price I saw over the last 6 months. Our oldest purchase is the dryer that we have now had for that 12 year period. Granted, we take very good care of it due to lessons learned in proper maintenance but it’s still working very well with no complaints. If you don’t mind the small cosmetic issues, I would recommend checking them out. They close at 6pm most days so just plan accordingly.”
