Ted was wonderful. He was on time and went right to work. He was patient and accommodating with whatever I asked. But best of all the carpets are beautiful! We had some ugly stains and they are gone. The carpet feels cleaner and newer under our feet. I HIGHLY recommend A Plus Cleaning Service!

Turns out all the 5 star reviews are accurate. The first thing that amazed me is Ted showed up ON TIME. In fact, he was 5 minutes early. I wasn't expecting him to perform any miracles given the condition of the carpet when he arrived. Lots of stains, some from over 10 years ago. I was hoping for SOME improvement. The results were WAY beyond my expectations. He did a phenomenal job. So great that I will be inviting him back for another round within 6 months. The price is totally fair given the outstanding results he delivers. Ted has my highest recommendation.

Ted's response to our request for a bid was very rapid. He was able to do our work quickly thereafter. We are very pleased with the results. We actually added to the job when we learned how reasonably priced the added cleaning would be. He did an excellent job. He was professional and friendly at all times. We would definitely call on A-Plus again, and gladly refer our friends and family to his service. The cost was quite a bit less than other providers we have used in the past.

Very pleased with my service. Ted is responsive, professional and communicative. Had entire 2nd floor carpeting in my newly purchased home cleaned and they look great. Also had my 30 year old Thomasville cream colored dining chairs upholstery cleaned and they look brand new. Highly recommend him for your carpet and upholstery cleaning needs. He also does blinds! Cloth and wood. And reasonably priced too! Thanks Ted!
