It's ridiculous. Every time that I order something never comes the way that I'm supposed to get it. I ordered two brisket sandwiches, used all the rewards that I had left to pay for one of those and pay for the other one with my debit card. I did an online order through the web and had pickles attitude them when I get home after about maybe 20 minutes of picking my order up and eat my sandwich and my husband eats his sandwich. It tastes like plastic. It tastes like cardboard, the packaging or whatever that they keep it in. It did not taste like a brisket sandwich. That being said, I've been refunded money for my breakfast burrito the last time that it was just cheese and hash brown and it was all burn up. I haven't been reimbursed for my pizzas that they mess up on when they don't have the toppings that you need. They don't call a customer so I'm pretty much done ordering any food. Getting any food was from this Casey's in Delavan anymorep good management. Just poor quality of food from the employees and paid almost $7 for brisket sandwich and it's not even worth it

Management is quite terrible.Instead of assisting their employees who are… to what seems to be the only ones working at that time (in the KITCHEN area), they would rather yell and complain to those employees about how they aren’t working fast enough in front of customers instead of picking up a cooking utensil and helping make orders run smoother.FRONT END staff aren’t so polite either.It’s seems they are more focused on how they look in ratings instead of how they run as a business.

This Casey's is regularly out of product. Gas, food, drinks, etc. It's always a crapshoot if they're even going g to have anything you need. Since they have new ownership a couple years ago and "upgraded" all their technology, nothing ever works. Gas pumps are always down, card readers at the pump and inside the building don't work. I feel bad for the staff who have to bear the brunt of everyone's frustration. The owners need to make sure this business has what it needs to operate and serve the community it exists in. More often than not my experience here is negative so I've stopped going unless I absolutely have to.

This is the absolute worst place around to try and get gas. Out of 8 gas pumps only 2 are functioning properly. Some pumps are completely down to others being the card reader doesn't work so it forces you to go inside to pay first. Almost everytime I come here I have to drive from pump to pump to find one that works. This has been an ongoing problem for MONTHS. In my opinion if you can't get the gas pumps fixed you have no business selling gas.

Stop in from out of town to say Hi to my grandson in the kitchen, and getting slammed with pizza orders.... Meanwhile a coworker is sitting out side having a loud conversation while grandson is getting reamed. Wow. Hi Grandson, love you., way to hang in there. ???????

Terrible service Delavan was going to order a pizza was told hang on a moment waited 7 minutes no one stilled pick uphung up phone if they cant take an order how good would their pizza beNot the 1st time I have had this happen to me will not be ordering anymore from hereI will drive the extra distance to green valley Casey's at least they take your order and at least act like they care

Living in a very small town miles away from other options to grab a pizza. I will not give this establishment my business again. I've been here for over 19 years. Management needs to step up their game.

I ordered a pizza from the kitchen and there was a really nice young man named Jessie. He was adequately professional for being just a kitchen worker. I would be glad to go back in to get another pizza just to be able to chat with him again. What a nice young man!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible service. Always out of stock on stuff. Restrooms rarely cleaned. I go to other Caseys. At least San Jose has stuff in stock. If i could give this store a Negative rating i would. But i cant post this without at least one star i reviewed this store months ago and nothing has changed in my opinion

I ordered a large pizza with breadsticks and was not cut at all, and was cold as hell when I got home and I only live five minutes away. Breadsticks weren’t cooked all the way and they were cold as well.Also your cashier was rude they are suppose to hand you your change back and they did not. They put it on the counter instead of handing it to me.
