Having only one cashier who can process cash is ridiculous. I could overlook that but to go through a cashier, waiting in a long line, paying with cash for literally two cases of dog food and then have the man run over to check my receipt after he didn't look at a single other person's, at least 5 or 6 people who walked out before me. Are you accusing me of theft? Are you discriminating against me? Why only ask me out of the last few people? And you saw me come through a physical checker. I called to talk to a manager and was passed and transferred for 5 minutes around to no one with no voicemail. They do not care, their employees don't care. I'd rather pay more to a store who cares about their customers and employees.
Walmart, you really need to reassess your checkout process, every part of it needs correction.

Typical Walmart, narrow aisles with inconsiderate people. Produce is hit or miss. Fairly well stocked grocery section. Only 2 staffed checkout lines, the rest are self checkout.
