PATIENCE is and will always be a problem, All Walmart stores are GREAT stores, I say that because you can find all of your every day needs.Curbside: I don't know why people complain about curbside, You place your order with ease, but customers still forget to wait for their second email stating Order is ready for pick up. Just because you select a time for pick up, doesn't mean it will be ready at that exact time, ALWAYS remember to wait for your PICK UP email stating, your order is ready for pick up, check in before going, (not just show up at the pick up time you selected), how do Walmart employees even know you're on your way, don't be rude if you order is not ready. No one said just pop up. Staff may be limited, you don't know what the case may be. JUST BE PATIENT!!!

Absolutely the WORST Walmart store I've been in out of 38 states! Beyond RUDE! Employees demonstrate a level of lazy only surpassed by a snail. Damaged profit on shelves throughout store. Employees REFUSE to give refunds if they're thirsty? Yep! The alleged manager only takes appointments to talk with guests regarding complaints . Meijer is by far the better choice.

There's no way I can go to the bathroom here anymore in this store and it's both bathrooms front and back anytime I go to the stalls it's always clogged with paper towels and it's always on the floor I'm about to call the health department and have this place shut down for how lazy everyone is not wanting to flush the toilet or pick up the paper towels

This Walmart should be shut down. The employees are disgraceful impolite, and clearly do the bare minimum required of them. Examples from my single trip today: The store shoppers (more than one) cut me off to get to the aisles and were rudely pushing in front of myself and other patrons - like they were entitled to go first. Next, I was checking out at a cashier lane, and the cashier refused to come around and scan The toilet paper on the lower rack of the cart... she asked me to take it out and put it on the belt, nor was she interested in bagging my groceries definitely not helpful. I don't expect that Walmart has taught their employees to be gracious and helpful to the customer, but in this location it seems like they require the employees to do less and ensure they upset as many customers as possible. Avoid this location!

It is very very trashy in this Walmart and so unorganized. The bathrooms are disgusting as well, they have toilet paper piling up in the toilets, poo smeared on the toilet seat and wall, dirty floors and a nasty foul smell!!! Do better Walmart this is disgusting.

How can you go wrong with Walmart you find everything here from clothes to food to make up and medicine plants bikes automotive things etc I love coming here just to even to walk around during winter weather I know I will find something to buy Yes the staff very friendly

Prices went up at all locations so you're basically paying like you're shopping at target. I'd rather go to target and spend a little more with a better atmosphere. Any day you come here it's way too busy. People shopping in the store act like it's their first time out, ever. No regard for other people, no common sense. They barely have any product on the shelves, food on the floor, packages ripped open. And bonus! Rats will be taste testing your food before you do!

Waited 1 1/2 hours at curbside to pick up my order. No one ever came so I left, came back qnd finally someone answered the phone and told me my order was not prepared yet. Well my substitute s were already showing up not to mention I was still checked in on the app. So after all the time I wasted, not to mention the order was delayed 3 1/2 hours after scheduled time, I had to cancel the order. When I called the main customer service line to make sure it got canceled, not even an apology was given. I will never do curbside order from walmart in Dekalb again. Seems the curbside orders have been delayed on pick up a lot lately. The last time I waited 45 minutes for a small order. I'm sorry, but when a curbside order is stated as ready for pick up there's no way I see a person having to wait near an hour or so for it to be brought out regardless if it's busy or not. That's just ridiculous. Curbside is meant to save time, not to waste near your entire day and not even know if they even got your order. I might as well also mention, a few weeks prior to this my order was delayed so I called and was told NO ONE was there getting orders prepared so I had to wait til the next day to pick it up. It woulda been nice if i had been notified that day instead of waiting around for the delayed order I wasn't getting that day due to staff shortage.

Okay when I saw that Walmart employes don't really care for their job nor people's health I saw this and wont ever get meat there. The manager and those working in the auto department are liars and shady, be aware. The worst. I have been in 3rd world Country in Walmart and they have better service than here, it's very sad.If this was the last store available in the world I will just go without. The worst. If I could give it 0 I gladly will do it. The worst. They wont have my business, I rather pay more than deal with these dishonest, crooked, shady customer service.

This Walmart is the best store I have ever been to. This was probably the cleanest, nicest, biggest, and the well-organized Walmart around this area. Their store is well-kept. They also have pharmacy that is so excellent. The service there was so exceptional. Their store is so popular, they have all of the items we need for our daily essentials, and all the items we might looking for. This store really does care about all of their customers, their staff is so friendly, helpful, and decent, and they also know how to treat their customers right. All of their employees are willing to help all of their customers in any kind of situation. It always amaze me how this Walmart is so different to other stores around the city. I am really grateful that this Walmart is so near in our neighborhood. Thanks so much to this store! I always find and get everything I need. Will shop here again soon. Also will recommend this place to lot of people I know. Thank you Walmart! Great job!

I made my first visit to this Walmart today and I will not return. Per the store's COVID-19 protocols, only three fitting rooms are open and someone (seemingly a manager) has to unlock them one by one on an as needed basis. This was my first time using a fitting room at any Walmart. First, I found it unusual to have such a high ceiling and a large skylight above the room to give the idea of an more exposed experience that I would like. Second, a knock on the door; "someone's in here" I said. A few minutes later, another knock and again I said "someone's in here." This time however, the staff member unlocked the door and opened it. Fortunately I was already dressed. Not only did the employee not say excuse me or I'm sorry, but left the door open for me to close. A little privacy and courtesy would have been appreciated.
