I love the UPS store at the corner of 23 and Bethany. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. My favorite part of going to this business is the employee named Cal.
As in California she says.
She is exceptional in her knowledge of anything you need to know. She is kind and thorough. She always has a cheerful disposition and is willing to take the time to help you in whichever way she can.
A definite thumbs up!

This is the best store I've been to. They're pretty efficient, always professional and cordial. I'm watching one of the guys right now packing up a high value pkg for me NDAir and doing it so well. Thank you so so much for having good, knowledgeable people.

There is an employee at this store who is so amazing. She is fast and efficient but more than that she is kind. She spreads joy, she radiates happiness. You can’t help but smile just interacting with her for a moment. She makes every single customer feel like they are special and important. She has only nice things to say and she literally makes the world a better place just by being in it. I have told her this, and she still finds a way to compliment me and others. She is a true gift to this establishment. The worst part, I don’t know her name! I’m going to ask next time and update this. She is truly astonishing.
UPDATE her name is Cali. She is the epitome of kindness. ❤️

I had a very horrible experience yesterday. The one employee that was wearing a name tag Ilanna was very rude to me . She started to take my information and when another customer came in. A trainee needed her help several times while she was attempting to type in my information. She finally had a young man take over taking care of me. She had made 2 mistakes on the addresses and she was very rude in her reply’s to me about her mistakes. Not apologetic and even told me that if I keep being rude she was going to refuse service to me. Which really made no sense because the service was actuallycompleted by the other clerk. When I asked for her name to clarify her name she said her name was Lydia and she even asked the other clerk “that’s my name right?”. I will be contacting the store to talk to the store manager about this incident.

Normally, I would not leave a review for UPS stores because I feel their prices are a little outlandish. However, the girl with the short hair working the counter at this store has helped me the last two times, and her attitude is enough for me to overlook company policies beyond her control and give HER five stars. She’s super friendly, super positive and super polite. I wanted to go back in and get her name but thought that would be weird. You know who you are and thanks for making the world a better place.

This is the third time I miss a package because the delivery guy doesn’t bother to get INSIDE the building. This apartment complex is big and they want to post the “sorry we missed you” sticker outside the entire building … not our personal door. If no one’s outside they won’t bother . Our neighbors have to wait outside for HOURS to get their package because they won’t attempt to knock on their door. Petty and ridiculous
