Did a return today and was treated so poorly by the cashier. She examined the shoes so intensely and said in the most snotty tone ‘were these worn?’ Um no, cashier #128437, I bought them 3 days ago and they clearly were not worn. They have white soles which would have been black if they had been worn. I will NEVER shop here again.

Both sales associates were very helpful. I suggest taking the warranty on shoes. Had to return a pair that I bought in November due to holes in the heels. All I paid for was the new warranty and received a new pair.

Definitely coming back! I wish I caught the lady’s name she was engaging and so kind! She helped find the perfect pair of shoes for my son we ended up buying 6 pairs of shoes!! They have awesome prices too! Clean and organized.

My wife bought a pair of shoes last Sunday and found a similar pair of shoes elsewhere. So we planned on returning the pair from Shoe Sensation on Monday after work. The associate who sold us the shoes, said that the shoes were worn and they could not be returned. I pointed out that they shoes were only worn inside the store to check the fit and if the sole sole has a dirt smudge it was from the store's carpeting. I was then informed that I was being hostile towards the associate and that I should take matters up with the owner who is only in on mornings. We will never be back an we typically buy our nine grandchildren shoes twice a year.Just check any shoes you buy for the most miniscule scuffs or marks before you purchase.
