Up until now everyone I’ve encountered has been super sweet! So this comment isn’t about the store in general. I came in looking to get some samples (6/16/23) and the employee I forgot her name but she had purple ish hair and makeup . She seemed a little hesitant to give me samples she said it depends on what is is which I totally get but she just seemed hesitant. She was nice enough to ask me if I need anything but when I got to the counter I explained to her I spilled my last sample and I was looking for a foundation for my skin type (just trying to make conversation cause I could sense she was hesitant) she then just said well u know there is a limit of samples (no suggestions or anything like that) … which may be true but her overall presence was just off. She was nice but didn’t feel 100% genuine and I’m pretty sure I heard her and another employee that just came in talking about me as I left and she said “well at least she bought something “. Like I said I’ve had nothing but good service but yesterday made me hesitant about coming back to this location

I like Kolhs but their policies have changed so much over the years! For example, Kolhs cash, sale merchandise, and how you can use them. First of all the Kohls cash barely last a week! They use to honor them no matter how old they were. Those were the good old days! The policy against using your 30% off coupon on Nike and other high end merchandise is ridiculous!I use to shop at kohls all the time but now I only shop there and use my kohls charge when there is a really good sale and kohls cash to be had! If I don't get a 30% coupon I usually won't even go there to check out the sales. I predict they are the next retailer to fall and it's their own fault!
