I went in to ask if they had hydrogen peroxide (higher than 2%). The woman said yes but I could only buy it if I'm a "professional".My purpose was for a skin condition (seborrheic keratosis) and also for whitening yellowed video game consoles (retr0bright).If there's no law against buying it, it's not her business to tell me what I can't buy. The website allows non-professionals to buy it in small quantities for pick-up at the store, so what's her problem?I guess some people use some of these chemicals for illegal activities, but I don't know what. Evidently she won't sell these chemicals to minorities.

I went in for one item. There was on odor of marijuana coming from the back room. The person who checked me out had the scariest clown make up on. I mean literal clown make up. I can appreciate the art of make up application, but this was a smudgy mess that would make a child have nightmares. The item I wanted was at least in stock.

this is one of the WORST beauty stores in dekalb.April Lethermen, (one of the managers)is honestly, the most RUDE, discriminatory woman i have talked to in this store.what the hell makes you guys think i will come back to this store when April,one of the worst managers in management history,is “trying” to manage the store, BORADERLINE ILLEGALLY!!!!discrimination in a corporate setting is 100% illegal, and i dont think you would want this store shut down because of one, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, DISCRIMINATORY, manager.PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS OR I WILL!!

This location is racist! They stopped selling synthetic hair to keep out black people. The products that are sold in the store are not even very useful to the black community! They only want white people at this location. This is hatred!

Had to Shout to the back for service. A lady walked out who waited, then two other ladies had to wait. We were told to wait a minute, from a customer service perspective this isn't very professional. Employee also addressed elderly women without any respect. They scoffed at which didn't go over well in the parking lot these ladies had shared their frustrations. It be nice to service without the attitude.

Did in store pick up that was supposed to be ready today. They're closed, if you're closed you shouldn't be able to accept in store pick ups. Called to cancel and the person on the phone said they're not able to cancel it if they can't contact the store that is part of their temporary closure. ?

Terrible, rude and unhelpful customer service. My husband purchased a trimmer for over $100. When he got home and unpacked it there was no charging cord. When he took it back the following day, unused, to see what his options were the staff told him that he had no options other then deal with it himself by taking it up with the manufacturer. She was not nice or professional about this.

This is my second time shopping here. They had basically no stock on the shelves and the girl with green hair was rude and unhelpful.

I think that if you advertise that an item is available online and a customer purchases said item, drives to come pick up the item they already paid for and are then told the item isn't available and that you have to pay extra to buy two 4oz bottles of Arctic Fox for 11.49 instead of on 8oz for 16.99. Then the manager who was called, didn't even bother to price match the items that were available. Guess I'll take my business elsewhere!
