Easy setup online. Once everything is done and paid for online they send you the gate code just for you and just move your stuff into unit. Not expensive and made my temporary move every easy

Upon my arrival to my newly rented unit, someone else’s belongings were in there. I have been trying to contact the facility’s supervisor since I rented the unit about this matter and have been told they have “no availability to meet.”

Gate system will not let customers in. There are 4 customers sitting in there cars waiting for reddot to help out there customers. I won't be renting here again.

DON'T BELIEVE THE PRICES SHOWN!!As soon as you move in and have all of your stuff packed away they will begin raising the rates on you. They're currently charging me $295 for a unit that they advertise to anyone off the street at $205. And no, it's not a promotional rate, that's the advertised monthly price the promo is 50% off of that. I actually have 5 units, all the same size, all charging me different prices but all of them MORE than they are charging anyone who walks in off the street for the same size unit right next to mine. What a crappy way to treat a loyal customer. They KNOW they have you over a barrel because your junk is already stashed there. Devious, underhanded business tactic.They're ripping of off to the tune of $500 a month over their current advertised prices. DON'T FALL FOR IT. Deal with a LOCAL company with REAL PEOPLE not canned replies or foreign call centers. Pay a little more to start with a decent company that doesn't pull this crap or you will regret it if you're they're for more than a month or two.

DONT RENT ANYTHING FROM ANY RED DOT STORAGE LOCATIONS--THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF ANY LITTLE CHANCE THEY CAN--THEY RENTED US A UNIT AND WHEN WE MOVED OUT WE JUST PAID THE MONTHS UNIT--WHEN WE MOVED OUT WE WERE TOLD THAT WE WOULD BE RECIEVING A REFUND ON THE UNIT FOR THE MONTH IN 30 DAYS BY CHECK--59 DAYS LATER I CALLED AND ASKED ABOUTMY REFUND AND OF COURSE THEY COME UP WITH SOME DIFFERENT EXCUSE AND SAID II WOULD NOT BE RECIEVING A REFUND--ANOTHER BIG CORPORATION PICKING ON THE SMALL PEOPLE--THEY PROBALLY KEPT MY MONEY AND RENTED THE UNIT OUT RIGHTAWAY AND DOUBLE COLLECTED ON THE UNIT--CHEATING COMPANY

I was all paid up for September 2022 in October 20222 my rent for Red Dot would be going up really high. I moved my things out of the storage unit in the middle of September 2022. Red dot won't give you some of your money back.

Well kept facility except for the lot. Lots of big potholes. They were a good price for first year even with a slight increase but after first year they doubled the price. The was enough for us to move.
