My experience was very nice. The person that helped me was extremely kind and helpful. I believe her name was Cheyenne. So-far, so-good. As far as my initial experience, it went great. Once I am done renting, I will give my thoughts on my overall experience. Thank you.

The gate code was inaccurate on top of waiting a while to speak to someone about the issue. While waiting, my things were damaged by the rain.

Prices have sky rocketed and many of the units in my facility have mice infestations. If you need a place short term, it's fine, just make sure you don't put anything too valuable or that you can't handle being ruined inside of your unit...

I love Red Dot Storage to store there because it has clean spaces and is available 24 hours without any problem I can come and go thank you very much for agreeing to be your tenant! ?
