I haven't been there since before the pandemic. They have less variety compared to PetSmart but they have better prices. The attendants are very nice.

They canceled one of the items on my order and when I went to the store they had about 8 of the item i wanted and when I took it up to check it out the guy said they do that when they have 1 left in the shelf. I told him there were a bunch of them. Then he charged me full price and didn't give me the online order discount!!! Terrible customer service.
