I love how he was cut but i noticed that he keeps licking his tail he has a nick on his tail he was bleeding and he is walking side ways.

The groomers did a nice job with our beagle. They shaved his paw pads, which another Petco we took him to missed. I do not think they brushed him very thoroughly after his bath because my backseat was covered in fur as soon as he got in the car.

Always a pleasant trip. Sheri takes care of my Winnie and is always happy to see her. Once I had to book online and was not able to get Sheri but upon arrival I fould that she had seen Winnie on the schedule with another groomer and she was able to swap them in order to groom Winnie. THAT WAS AN AMAZING SURPRISE. This is the main reason I come exclusively to PetCo!!

Brought our 1.5 year old Aussie for his first professional grooming. He is a farm dog and was a bit “out of his element.” Mason was so very kind, patient and professional when speaking with me and handling our pup. We are very satisfied with the services performed. Mason did an awesome job!

idk who takes care of the reptiles of this store but they need to be fired... leopard geckos looked malnourished and are being cohabed not even knowing if they are male or female and that's a no no and are not kept in an appropriate enclosure even for being a chain pet store, snakes being cohabed in enclosures and chameleons that look to be stuck in shed. if I could have saved them all I would have! but I did make a report to local animal enforcement because this store does not care for their animals properly. also the girls working seemed more interested in gossiping by the fish than helping any customers.

I've had some good experiences in the past. The past year and a half has been a mess. Cancelled appointments regularly and without notice. I show up and no one bothered to call. When they do groom them they seem to be in a rush and do a bad job. This time I had an appointment with Hailey, she told me she had to cancel the appontment and she could not get him in for over a month and a half. She was unapologetic and rude. I asked why I was going to have my appointment pushed to the end of the line when I had scheduled long before others who had appointments after me. This question was beyond her understanding.Stay away. Waste of time and money. They are a mess!
