This is a very convenient and affordable service. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They explained everything before hand. We didn’t have to wait long before being seen and were finished quickly.

idk who takes care of the reptiles of this store but they need to be fired... leopard geckos looked malnourished and are being cohabed not even knowing if they are male or female and that's a no no and are not kept in an appropriate enclosure even for being a chain pet store, snakes being cohabed in enclosures and chameleons that look to be stuck in shed. if I could have saved them all I would have! but I did make a report to local animal enforcement because this store does not care for their animals properly. also the girls working seemed more interested in gossiping by the fish than helping any customers.

My daughter is a CNA at the Dekalb County Nursing Home and was asked to leave the store because she is a health care worker! Her ex boyfriend (current employee) Ian saw her there , and shortly afterward a fellow employee approached her an told her she needs to leave the store because she works at the Nursing Home and they heard reports of Positive Cororna virus cases there! She stated her dog was getting groomed at the grooming salon (which she loves btw) and the employee told her unless shes purchasing something, she needs to leave the store. UNBELIEVABLE PETCO!!!!!!!!!!!

My dog gets groomed at petco. They are verY nice and do a great job clipping him. Chewie doesn't mind going there high is a relief so glad it's a good experience for him. He gets the spa package and enjoys having his paws pampered.

Wonderful employees! Jason was great when I went before. Yesterday Nathan was fantastic. The man running the register last night was wonderful and kind. Can't praise their staff enough.
