Adrian called my phone in real time to see if he could hear the problem for himself. Even though the call was fine he didn't dismiss the problem but patiently continued to troubleshoot with me on why this could be happening and what I could do the next time the problem occurred. Its reassuring to know there is someone with patience as well as knowledge and experience that I can ask for advice when I need it.Thank you Adrian and T mobile.”

“I believe I was at the store that same day as the disgruntled man L D, and Jay. Jay is correct!! The L D gentleman was way out of line, and the manager Tyris was nothing short of professional, courteous, patient, calm, and as helpful as possible with this man! There was no reasoning with him at all, or pleasing him for that matter. I've visited this store several times since the new manager has taken over and have been nothing but pleased.Tyris is all I described, and I feel is always looking out for my best interest, and shows me products that suit my lifestyle best.Friendly helpful staff and store! “Not enough game selection, Gamestop used to have one of the coolest locations I ever have seen in dekalb. They downgraded into a store that hardly has much of an inventory. Every time I try to come here for a title, I end up having to drive to another GameStop to get the game I want. Considering that's over 30 miles away this has been inconvenient. Cricket Wireless has been long gone. GameStop needs more space for games and, All the merchandise from Thinkgeek. You would think they would expand into a larger GameStop again. I used to love going to the GameStop in my hometown. I remember when GameStop did things for the gamers like had events, Tournaments and, Midnight realeses.”

“Very friendly customer service the only issues I have is very low customer service on the floor so if you don't know where anything is like yours truly it takes me to a of time to go get something in and out. Now if they do not have something in the store you Can order you items on line and voila it can be sent to you to your home or pick up at the store. The prices are a little higher Walmart items are lower but target is a little bit more organized and less crowed. This target has been on the little bit more unorganized then the rest of the targets all target are just clean and organized. The ambiance is more chill and you can also get or coffee indoor Starbucks Love the return policy too just there rerun the item no questions back are purchased the item all over again Neto”

“This Walmart is the best store I have ever been to. This was probably the cleanest, nicest, biggest, and the well-organized Walmart around this area. Their store is well-kept. They also have pharmacy that is so excellent. The service there was so exceptional. Their store is so popular, they have all of the items we need for our daily essentials, and all the items we might looking for. This store really does care about all of their customers, their staff is so friendly, helpful, and decent, and they also know how to treat their customers right. All of their employees are willing to help all of their customers in any kind of situation. It always amaze me how this Walmart is so different to other stores around the city. I am really grateful that this Walmart is so near in our neighborhood. Thanks so much to this store! I always find and get everything I need. Will shop here again soon.
