They are not answering their phone. They charged me for the month of March, even though I had already paid for it. Despite calling them 20 times, they did not pick up. I am frustrated with this situation. They should do their job correctly. I have already paid for this month, yet they added a new charge and will add a late fee. I have already paid for storage, and I feel like no one is on the line to help me. They even sent me a voice message saying that I didn't answer the phone, but I was already on the phone with their company. It's frustrating that they leave a voice mail when I'm waiting to talk to them. They put a false charge on me when I had already paid for this month, and then added a late fee of $20 as if I didn't pay on time. It's ridiculous.

Overpriced for the size of units. Late fees are astronomical. Customer service is mediocre at best. Many empty units at Sycamore location since Minify took over, and for good reason. Not a company worth patronizing. Cannot wait to find another unit with another, more reasonable company who isn't trying to screw you over to meet their bottom line. There are plenty of cheaper units available from others. Stay away from this one!!!

I had a unit here for over a year- was told move out and move ins were prorated, which later I find out isn’t true. I moved out a few days after the first and ended up not being prorated for the move out. I even spoke with a manager who was no help. These storage units are very overpriced compared to others in the area. Take a few moments to do more research- I wish I would have.I would like to add this in response to what the owner below has stated-I did ask for a manager and they gave me a manager on the phone, so you need to talk to your employees and see who is pretending to be the manager when you aren’t there. This phone call was on 10/7. The “manager” that I spoke with also informed me that they ONLY do pro rates for move ins, so again misinformation from what you are stating below.As far as rates go- the rates are higher for this storage until and anyone looking for good rates with an honest company go to Breezys. The only reason I didn’t was because they were full and they are full because they are a great business. There is a reason Minify has so many vacancies. Don’t be fooled.Also, the rental agreement gets sent to you AFTER you sign up, there’s no office to look at it ahead of time.....

Seeing I have a response from the company implying this is a fake review, I must edit this review. Everyone has a right to their opinion and asking to disregard a review just because you don't like it makes me think they(whom ever saw this, and wrote back) might be communists. Because here in America, that would be censorship of freedom of speech. We can't have that now, can we?

The rental space I saw actually had a roof leak. There was a bubble in The Ceiling and pics were taken of it. I didn't and wasn't actually renting it., but someone else I know was. So I don't n do not have pics. Other than that it's a good place. Oh and I Would recommend getn the Insurance on it.
