My son’s truck was towed from his apartment. It’s not even in their system, the receptionist now says it was towed days ago even though he used it this morning. And only wants cash payment. He shouldn’t have been towed to start with. RUDE women on the phone. If you don’t want to work then find another job.

Completely annoying and so obviously ignorant when it comes to business. Not using a credit card is a scam to not pay taxes..they should be audited and brought to justice. Not letting a kid pick up their car and making them wait until the next day for 50 more dollars is criminal in itself. One star is too much its a big fat ugly zero like the wookie who finally showed up to demoralize this kid trying to get his vehicle back. Terrible place to experience.

whatever you do not go here, i work customer service and i have dealt with the worst of the worst and this does not even come close to the worst customer service i’ve encountered in the past 5 years alone. lady on the phone must hate her life and takes it out on every prospective customer calling. owners need to get a handle on it because it costed my business and i’m assuming many others based on just a skim of the reviews. if i could give 0 starts i would. take your business elsewhere and save your money

Very rude & disrespectful I was trying to get my items out they told me I had to wait for them to talk to insurance company or pay the fees... I just wanted my phone an house keys outta the car they kept cutting me off wouldn't listen they azz just money hungry cause why I have to pay 375 just to get my items out the car... They shouldn't get 1star

We called for a tow and they were super quick to get us scheduled for one to come and help us, Michael came out within 15 mins and went above and beyond to help us and make sure we were all good before he left. Recommend very highly!!

The lady who’s at the front desk is very rude and disrespectful she has no customer service skills whatsoever. I called and she told me if came in the middle of the night to pick up my car or waited till 8 am it would two different fees. Than when i got there she was very rude and said they didn’t open till 8:30 like i didn’t just talk to her. Also their website says 8 as well so if they open till 8:30 they need they need some updating and someone new to run the front desk.

I can't say enough good about Lovetts Towing. They answered the phone and the lady was very nice and helpful. She got the information needed and dispatched someone to help immediately. We were in a bind and needed help. The gentleman who came (very quickly) could not have been nicer or more helpful. He solved our problem in minutes and patiently explained to me how our brand new complex RV diesel starting system worked and saved the day (and our trip). Every time I have called Lovetts I have been delighted with their professionalism and their service. Can't say enough good about them and I'm just glad they. do business in my home town.

Very rude! No customer service! Wouldn't let them pull my leg let alone my car. The manager of this establishment needs to be trained on customer service or fired! Racist company!

I’ve never in my life dealt with a ruder “receptionist”. She was so utterly rude, condescending, and quick to make her issues mine because she has “somewhere to be” after 5. I can’t believe this experience as someone who was respectful and patient with her and I was the one who’s car just got towed!!!!??

My daughter callled to see if her truck was towed here and the lady that answered was extremely rude and disrespectful and finally stated the veichle was there and when my daughter asked what she needed to do to get her belongings from the veichle she got rude and tranferred me to he office manager who was just as rude and disrespectful i would not recommend using this company for anything

The lady who answered the phone was the rudest person I've ever done business here with in Dekalb. Extremely unhelpful, rude, and hung up on me after I barely was able to relay my problem to her. Take your money elsewhere and do not waste your time here. J&Cs and Accurate Towing are better alternatives.

They are the rudest people I have ever met, I'm not Fred Sanford not into the junk business and don't want a car that is totaled or belongs to the insurance company. Get some numbers out front and people would know the address they are looking for, and when a customer comes in show some respect all Black people don't steal
