“I went into Michaels today for a frame and was assisted by Libby in the store. I can't say enough good things about her and my experience. She was able to figure out a lower cost alternative and saved me a few hundred dollars. I've had frames custom made in the past at different Michaels stores, but have never had this level of service, especially for a sale that wasn't a big ticket item. Thank you Libby for your kindness and great customer service!”

“Have been shopping and gaming here since it was On Board Games 15 years ago. Several owners later, and several name changes later, it's still one of the nicest places to game in the area.A very large downstairs for tabletop gaming or wargaming with a big selection of store provided terrain and a customer base that cares about taking good care of it, and cares about being inclusive. A slightly smaller upstairs is more often used by TCG players. The staff is knowledgeable about product, and the 3D printing services are prompt, reasonably priced, and honest - if a print fails, I have seen it offered for free along with the replacement.The prices are basically MSRP, so you will beat them if you shop online or Amazon, but I'm happy to support a hobbyist fixture of the area so it can be here for another 15 years and more. They are friendly about bringing in outside food, but I alway try to at least buy snacks or a drink from them when I'm there.”
