It’s been awhile since I shopped at harbor freight because the store itself is a bunch of con artists. Figured I would give it a go again and same experience as always. Bought an open box fluid extractor with no hoses but they had a hose that I thought could maybe work(it didn’t) went to the store to try and find something else. They said bring it back and we can exchange it for a new one and pay the difference. Went home got it, brought it back to exchange and he asked any fluid put in it? “No” Then he asked “how do you know it didn’t work”. Because I tried it and it didn’t work he said I couldn’t return it even though there was no fluid I put in it. Do your self a favor and just pay the money for snap on or Matco. Better tools and less hassle

About what you'd expect from a Harbor Freight. However....one of the guys has a ThunderCats belt buckle. 10/10

Employees were great in helping me find a product that I had located on Harbor Freight online. The associate asked the supervisor and without even looking he goes, “nope don’t carry that”. The associate mentioned it was an Icon brand which they carry. Supervisors response remains the same. Unwilling to help, unwilling to look. Basically rushed me out the door.

Beware harbor freight charges a restocking fee even if the item that they sold you is broken. 20% told me that because I opened it, I had to be charged restocking fee to which I said. How would I know if it worked without putting batteries in it? Just blank stairs?

Good tools, not the most expensive nor the least. Friendly and knowledgeable staff too. They have gardening tools too.

Not the type of person to post reviews but for some reason my phone asked me how was my visit.An il have to say it was excellent.An I thought it was worth taking the time to postMy favorite thing about my visit they had more then one worker (as in seems every were u go anymore there's only one worker an a line of people ) it's a jokeFirst time in a harbor freight store.Was looking for a few tools an he took the time to help me outdidnt catch the guys name but do remember it said manager on his TagCouldn't have asked for a better person to help me find what I needed polit patient.Seems like the standard anymore is rude an how dare u ask me a work related question lol

This would've been a five except the battery I was looking for they didn't carry. Great prices on tools. And the quality of till I've purchased is great, sometimes better than high cost name brands.

Absolutely terrible customer service Audrey and the other girl her name was like Kristen I believe in charge I believe they were supervisors of the store and lied that the manager wasn’t there. Extremely rude I was trying to return a defective part and they wouldn’t exchange it for the one they had on the shelf even tho it was the exact same product. Don’t waste your time the dekalb location is a joke.

Love this place. They have some of the best deals you can find in the tool world. But be careful not, everything is quality tools. You get what you pay for! Still there is much that is great quality at a fair price. You just have to be a little picky
