Purchased the Countryside Bouquet for a colleague's retirement...it was beautiful, the receiver was so happy and as was I :)Also arranged to have an extra parcel included with the delivery...unfortunately there was a mix up with UPS so it wasn't included with the delivery, but still delivered to Glidden, who made sure the package was still given to the intended party.Thank you for your patience, beautiful arrangement and your willingness to deliver the extra little gift!

The boutique that I ordered that was presented on the website was not even close to what was received. I'm very disappointed with what I received. I didn't care about the cost but expected better.

I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day on February 7th to be delivered on the 14th. They were never delivered. I went to the shop on February 15th and they refunded my money, said they had been shorthanded on Valentine's Day and that the flowers were probably in the back and I could still take them with me if I wanted. I declined since that wasn't the point. The point was they were for Valentine's, not the day after.

I came in today to get flowers for my girlfriend’s birthday and when I tell you I’ve never been so satisfied with a flower company like this one. I didn’t get the name of the lady that helped me but she was alone for the day while the owners were busy working in a different location for the day. She did a wonderful job and I will come here for now when I need some!

WORST FLORIST experience ever!!!! My husband wanted to send me flowers for our 22nd wedding anniversary. He wanted an extra special arrangement so he chose Daisies (significant to a loss I suffered) He paid $65 for these daisies. Out anniversary was on a Saturday and they close at 1:00 pm. We had dinner and theater plans that evening. At 3:00 he phoned to ask where they were, and was told the driver had been out for hours so they were not sure. The flower's finally arrived at 5:00 pm. My husband added a $12 tip thinking it was goh g to be so amazing for me, and was also charged a $16 delivery fee. We had to miss our dinner in order to make the theater. The next afternoon two flowers were already DEAD. On day 3 almost the entire bunch was gone. Online it says these should last 7-10 days. I phoned them to tell them how very upset I was and I was told that the late delivery was "basically " my husbands fault because he didn't specify a time. When they close at 1:00 the thought was it would be by that time. And as for the flower quality I was grilled as to where I placed them?? I replied on my table. She proceeded to ask if it was too dark or too light? I replied there was no instructions on placement for survival nor was this the first flowers I had ever received. My children gave me flowers on Mother's day a few weeks ago purchased from a grocery store and they are still alive and well. I mentioned that maybe they died because they sat in a hot car all day. She indicated they only keep one delivery in the truck at a time and go back for more, however when my husband phoned on delivery day at 3:00 to inquire where they were he was told the driver had been out for hours and they didn't know when he would arrive. So she lied to me. They were unwilling to refund any funds and only offered new flowers. The "special" moment was gone, the experience was not good. My husband had worried all day long which wasn't enjoyable. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

I ordered flowers online 2/13/23 for my wife for Valentine's Day, they took my money, never delivered the flowers and now are not answering their phone. Unacceptable, I will never order from here again.

I was trying to support a local business but this might be the worst floral shop ive been to... im not sure if there is a shortage on flowers or they are trying to take advantage of people that dont know about flowers. 100$ gets you about 3 roses, some leaves and few other flowers.... i would have been better off buying something at jewel for a fraction of the price and would have looked a-lot better.... Definitely did not being my vision to life This picture of flowers could have been been replicated at jewel for half the cost

Not only was our order even more beautiful than the photo on the website, the fellow who delivered it was so personable, personally wishing by bride of almost four decades (who had to be away tending to her mom after surgery) a enthusiast, "Happy Anniversary!" Thank you for making this special.

Great people to do business with. Had a real bad time and got scammed by one of those online florists(NEVER use TERRYSFLORIST.COM, they advertise as a local florist but are not!) and these fine folks did a great job of fixing it. Thank you. 5 stars to Glidden Florist!!!!!!!

Received a stunning arrangement for Valentine's Day, the flowers were perfect! The delivery however, is what set them apart this time! They were supposed to be delivered to my office, but with winter hours no one was there to receive them. Kyle then changed his delivery plan and brought them to my home! Way to go above and beyond! I am very grateful!
