MY DAUGHTER LEFT HER IPAD ON AIRPORT OHARE TO FLORIDA AND THEY CLAIM THEY ARE STILL SEARCHING FOR IT! WE PUT IN A CLAIM AND LOST REPORT BUT AFTER MORE THAN A WEEK STILL NO UPDATE!!!! THE IPAD IS DEAD SO THE LOCATION HAS NOT CHANGED ITS ON THE PLANE SO WHY IS IT NOT FOUND YET?? No UPDATES AT ALL. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. NO LIVE PERSON YOU CAN TALK TO. THIS IS SUCH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Worst customer service I have ever received. Made cancelling service with them next to impossible and blocked us in every way shape and form they possibly could.

#1 at being the worst internet service provider ever. Unapproved charges placed on the account and the process to dispute and remove is, as of now, a four month process.
The only two things the reps are good at is, 1. Telling you they are "sorry for the inconvenience" and 2. Placing you on hold while they "check with a supervisor".
Convinced that if I asked them the day of the week, they would have to put me on hold to talk to a supervisor.

If you are having problems with this company please call the FTC and file a complaint this company needs to be held accountable for thier fraud and there is already legal action being taken however the more complaints you give the more likely theyll be held accountable

!!!WARNING-THIEVES!!!Good God, where the hell do I begin?This use to be an awesome, and afford source for internet. The first 6-8 months was fine, then WE would have outages or DNS errors every few weeks, then I started to notice extra money missing from my bank account. I had my Frontier account set up for auto pay, and I always made sure there was money in my checking account. The auto pay was not working and so for nearly 9 months they had charged me nearly $600.00 in late fees. I complained to them and got the run around. Just one stupid excuse after another. "We rely on costumers to make sure their bank accounts have money for payment." I always make sure i have money for my bill and have the documents to prove it. Never got a reimbursement or anything to make up for it.I Google the company and was horrified to find that they have over a dozen lawsuits for very similar issues. When I canceled it, they still managed to squeeze money out of me. Not only did they charge me for another month of service (which I can't use.) Plus $50.00 a disconnection fee. At the end of my conversation with a representative he says, "it's a shame we're losing you, cuz I could've gotten you a cheaper bill." Really? You tell me this after the disconnection process is done?Don't do business with this company!

My mother had Frontier telephone. Upon her death we shut her service off and paid for her service in full. Somewhere in the process Frontier assessed her account a $25 late fee. There is no estate , Frontier has been notified numerous times of her death. Now they are telling me the only way to close this out is for them to send it to collections so the collection agency can confirm death. Seriously? Don't even get me started on how difficult it is to get a live person on their "customer service" line. I recommend avoid Frontier Communications not at all customer service friendly.

The review posted by my son was called inappropriate by Frontier because it is the truth.The FTC came down on Frontier in California for precisely the same issue we had with Frontier.THEY LIED ABOUT THEIR CAPABILITIES and now had to go back on it.

When I canceled my service, they told me I have to pay a $50 restock fee. I would never use them again for taking advantage of their customers

Worst phone/internet provider and no way to talk to a human being on the phone to resolve issues that are not listed on thier menu of choices. Would not tecommend ever.
