Only two stars because I paid for insurance for my cell phone and my screen broke. They told me at this company to buy a provincial one. Then they told me that the insurance does not cover me because I put my line on another cell phone but they themselves told me that the service was bad.

These people are very honest and helped me with a situation that metro on Lincoln highway messed up. I will never go back to the one Lincoln highway . The metro on 4th Street are very honest people and patient and helped me with a very stressful situation that the metro people on Lincoln highway did to me. From my own personal experience go to this metro .Kat

Carlos was amazing at the 4th street location. I waited months for the iPhone 11 to become available with no luck! I researched a good alternative android phone, went in last week and told him that since I couldn’t get the iPhone 11 I had my alternative choice. Amazingly, he had one iPhone 11. I have been going to this location for years, they are always great, however, the experience with Carlos was so fast and informational I was so happy. Thank you Carlos
