Jose was super nice & helpful. We are currently driving cross country and lucked out today with finding him open on Memorial Day! Awesome dude stayed after I called in even though he was on his way out! Can't express how grateful we are to be able to have it inspected and an oil change!!! Don't hesitate to come and see him!

Called in about a tire that needed a patch, super quick to respond, brought our tire in, had it patched, super quick, easy and affordable. Very nice and professional. Would 100% recommend

When I first walked in I went in to get a sensor replaced. He ordered the part and we got the sensor in a timely matter and fixed it right away. He had also noticed I had a right headlight assembly damaged due to an accident prior to arrive at Dekalb Auto Shop. He stated he may have a headlight for me in stock and he did. He fixed my headlight for a fair reasonable price. No hassle. I would recommend everyone to give him a call as he is fair with prices and works on cars in a timely manner.

My son's car broke down on a bitterly cold Valentine's Day evening. Called several places and these guys were the only ones who would come out to help even though they were 15 minutes away and it was nearly closing time. They replaced his dead battery or he would have been stranded overnight. Didn't get the person's name but God bless him for helping my son!

This is the WORST PLACE EVER!!! We took our daughter's car there approximately 1/9/19. He finally called us on 1/24/19 to say the car was ready. My husband reminded him AGAIN we would be using a credit card. Oh, his machine is broken & no one can come to fix until flwg Thursday...seriously? Said he was going to see about the square. So we call him on 1/31/19 to see if machine fixed, he said no we'd have to pay cash. So we went there with $2,390 IN CASH. We get there & he tells us he can only take $1,000/MONTH on machine & it hasn't been broken after all. That was the 1st lie. Then he says the car is ready. That's the 2nd like. My husband didn't even make it home because the heater wouldn't heat. So, we take it back & after 1-1/2 wks he says he can't fix it, he'll need to tow to his friend in Aurora. So here tells us f after another wk, it would be ready last Friday. Guess what? NOPE! So we called him yesterday, 2/19, & he says he still doesn't have it. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? So I got my husband's phone, was clearly upset, told him this head been going on way too long, he began arguing with me, I eventually dropped the F bomb. What did I do that for?? He began SCREAMING at me, You f**ing b****, you can't like that to me, perhaps 25 times, I am NOT exaggerating!, in 2 min & hung up on me TWICE! So I called him on my phone & my husband spoke with him & miracle of all miracles, it was ready today PLUS another $380!!!! I will follow up with this on Google, FB & most importantly, the BBB! PLEASE...DONT EVER GO HERE!!!!!

Jose and Alex are awesome! Not only do they do excellent work, but they give the most affordable, quality solution possible! I have had a difficult time trusting auto repair places in the past, however I know can trust Dekalb Auto Shop not to rip me off in any way! Not to mention, they provide quality service within a reasonable time frame. I would highly recommend this business to anyone in need of auto care. I will continue to go to Dekalb Auto Shop with all of my vehicle maintenance and repairs. Thank you Jose & Alex, you guys are great and I appreciate all of your hard work!
