I have been going to this pharmacy for a few years. They have consistently been extraordinarily nice and professional. I always make an effort to see and treat people as people first, and they always respond in kind. Thanks for your professionalism.

I went to pick up medication for my daughter and they did not put a measuring cup or stick or anything for that matter to measure out the medication. I call this morning, and I ask why is there nothing to measure her medicine, and they tell me,"we don't always put a measuring cup/stick in the bag, but you can come to the pharmacy and get one if you need it now" noni needed ot like yesterday but ok thanks. That's dumb who gets medicine and then they don't put it into the bag? Makes no sense.

I can't EVER get someone on the phone. The automated system pauses for 15 seconds and then hangs up. Seriously? I have a question regarding in stock items and can't just drop everything to drive 30 miles to your store, just to f8nd it out of stock. Thanks for helping me decide that CVS is NOT the pharmacy for me.

My stop through Dekalb brought us to CVS. There were 3 employees in the store who asked multiple times if we needed help. Extremely friendly employees (or being a college town watching for theft). There is nothing different about this CVS vs. others inventory wise. I'd like to mention that our cashier was extremely friendly. He directed customers to the self checkout and offered larger carryout bags to them proactively.

It's probably one of the friendliest cvs that I have been to. I was greeted by multiple associates. Store felt clean and signage of sales was clear. No issues with using the coupons that I brought.

Have someone clean the grounds around the store, often.

The store was very clean, I was also greeted by every employee working there. I only had to grab a couple of items but they were very fair in price. I also learned that they have a store brand also which is always a plus. Some people can't afford name brand items from time to time and that's ok, it would save you at least $4 to $5. This store also had some pretty interesting magazines from the Prohibition Era to Ghost Hauntings in the Chicagoland area. If your in this area definitely be sure to check out this one.

I waited 2 and a half hours for my prescription and when it was filled they gave me the wrong quantity of pills. They read the number 30 and assumed it was 30 pills. It's a 30 day supply taken twice daily. Just a hassle for a very simple prescription.

The worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Long wait times, nothing ever ready. Unfriendly staff. Looking for new pharmacy

Grace in the pharmacy is the meanest, rudest woman I have dealt with in my whole life. I wish i could give zero stars. This has GOT to be the worst pharmacy experience ever. I've been a customer here for 5 years and NEVER in my life have I been treated the way I have been treated the last two times I've picked up my prescription at this pharmacy. I have dealt with Grace both of those times and she is the rudest, most curt, and abrasive person I've come across in this line of work. The first time it happened, I didn't say anything because I thought I'd give her the benefit of the doubt; maybe she's having a bad day? Nope. Went back a couple days ago and it was the same thing. Customer service so horrible I called my husband from the parking lot almost in tears because she was so mean to me AND other patrons. I've never been spoken like this by someone before. When I got to the counter to pick up my prescription, she yelled from the drive through window, "Wait there..." um...what?! A simple, "I'll be right with you" would've been nice. Then when she finally came over, she didn't look at me, just stood there and I asked, "Do you need my name?" "Yep," she said. I gave her my name, and in front of everyone, as she's walking away from the computer to gather my medicine, she yells, "I hope you know how much this is! It's $267.00!" I asked to not pay it, as there had been an error in the order amount. I explained i didn't need that much medicine as my doctor had decreased my dosage. She proceeded to give me a hard time about me needing only half that amount of medicine and started getting really short and giving one word answers, rolling her eyes. The pharmacist (who is wonderful) finally stepped in and said, "GRACE! Just adjust the amount for her! We filled it incorrectly. It's not a big deal." She begrudgingly said, "Go sit over there. It'll be 5 minutes." I laughed out loud because I was in disbelief at the way I'd been treated by her. She then yelled to a coworker to cash me out. What pushed me over the edge was how she treated an older man who couldn't hear very well. Yelling orders at him while his hands shook trying to get his wallet out of his pocket and answer her questions promptly. As I stuck around for my prescription, the man turned to me on his way out and said, "I don't know what I did to HER." I wanted to cry. I have now switched my prescriptions to Walgreens down the street. They'll get my business. This woman shouldn't have a job in this industry, let alone be a primary source for customer relations do your company. Shame on her and her absolutely horrible personality and attitude.

When I walked in I was greeted with a smell similar to a middle school locker room after the mile run day for p.e. class. The whole store smelled disgusting and was incredibly unpleasant. Do not go here. Seems to me a pharmacy should be clean.
