Usually pretty good but you should know the difference between brisket bbq pizza and chicken bbq pizza then to hang up when I call you because my pizza wasn’t supposed to have banana peppers is a bit unprofessional

Pumps seem to go down quite often, but the store is usually clean. My biggest issue is that whenever I go in the store, there is NEVER any pizza slices. Never seems like they are cooking more pizza to stock the warmer. I just want a slice of pepperoni man. I would increase my rating if this improves

Was my everyday stop with my kids for the last 3 years. Was my favorite gas station in town But unfortunately not anymore. There is a rude ignorant short man who works the register. He picks and choses who he's going to get an attitude with uses nasty language is always making fun of the customers. Won't be going back until he's gone. Should never have to feel uncomfortable walking in there.

I almost never leave reviews. Half of the time the gas pumps do not work and you have to go to maybe two or three to be able to pay for your gas. I’ve had some bad experiences with the employees too. If you pay with EBT they will side-eye you, or on some occasions, make snide comments. The food is good, but the behavior from some of the employees is completely unacceptable.

Worst customer service ever in a Casey’s store. The cashier behind the counter would not listen to me. I was having a problem with the order. ( they were over charging me for my items).There were 10 people standing behind me and three other employees just walking around the store not doing anything. The cashier would not help me with my order, was brushing me off. Then the person I believe to be the manager comes out of the office and starts yelling and swearing at the cashier about another issue with another employee. When I asked for a receipt after I payed she told me “I can’t give you receipt, I don’t know how to do that”. I couldn’t believe the service in this store. You can’t give me a receipt? Really? Come on Caseys DO BETTER! And by the way, I work at a different store for Casey’s! I know this is not exceptable!

Employees are very passive aggressive and took close to 2 minutes to stop talking in the back room and come up to the cash register. Would rate higher as the store is mostly clean and the fuel pumps all work, but these employees are terrible every time I come here.

Always issues. Never able to make food. Never open on time. This location needs help. There have been issues for a very long time. New management, better starting pay, whatever it takes. It's a college town you should be able to find someone to work.

Can never get anything I order from them. Pizza is always unavailable but will still allow you to place the order in the app and take your money.
