My service advisor. Kyren D. did an excellent job when I took my Toyota RAV4 in for service. He kept me timely notified of what was happening with my car throughout the visit; patiently answered all of my questions, and allowed me all the time necessary to show him inside the car the details of the service concerns that I had when I first arrived. He also allowed me to talk directly with the service technician when necessary and appropriate. Working together, we resolved all the matters in question that day, including not only the issues I brought the car in for, but also the recall items that came up in the Toyota computer system. I had a very good experience with this service department.
