I made my appointment over the phone. This was the worst experience dealing with a company in my life. It took 3.5 hrs just to get a hold of the person who could make my appointment. Putting in 3.5 hrs of my own personal time so a company can provide me a service is the most absurd idea to me, but it was for my daughters graduation. When I finally spoke to a representative who could help, she said my experience was normal and there was nothing she could do to fast track getting to her department. So, I notified her I had bought the Bluetooth Stereo with a Touchscreen from Amazon. I asked if this would be an issue for BestBuy to install. She said no, because she put it in the notes and they’ll know before I arrive. I drove 65 minutes to this location to have the Bluetooth Stereo installed to be told from the technician at the store that they cannot install any systems that aren’t purchased from BestBuy. I told him what the I was told by the representative over the phone and his response was “I don’t know why they would tell you that”. So, i spent nearly 5 hours trying to get a company to take my money and they are so disorganized they didn’t make any money. The worst experience of my life as a card holder for this company. I will be ending my relationship with you as soon as possible

Geek squad is severely lacking. Only wanted a new screen on my iPhone and waited for over 20 minutes without being served. Finally left and found a regular employee who was able to help me.

I purchased (online from them ) a jitterbug phone for my 92yo mother who's dementia is worsening. I thought that might be better for her. After realizing it would not be a good idea to try something new, I tried to return it. BB has always had a 30 day return policy so I was in no big hurry to take it back as I live pretty far away from a store. When I got there, they refused to take the return saying I was at 20 days and the new policy was 15 days. I asked to speak with a manager, but it seems they were "conveniently" on a call and couldn't be bothered. This is a brand new phone, never turned on. I have purchased from BB for many years, so didn't bother to recheck the return policy, my mistake. To hell with BB from now on, I'll just order from Amazon.

I really appreciate that service. They have a pre-order almost $700 item and they told me to come on 27th and we went to March 3 and they said you're already sold your items and they never know when they're gonna get backed over item and there is very awful. They already charge almost $700 and they have no clue when we gonna receive our order and never gonna shop again in Best Buy in DeKalb.

Best Buy is a joke I bought a monitor and I opened it didn’t like the way it didn’t match my other monitors and it had a scratch and no hdmi cord so I went to return it and Andrew a sales associate told me since it’s not a “open box” they can’t take it back even though I just bought the monitor three days ago with proof of purchase…. I’ll be bringing my business els where and I advise you to as well

I went in because my Fitbit was dark, and I couldn't figure out how to fix it.A customer service person went online and fixed it in seconds!I wish I'd gotten his name.Very nice and didn't make me feel bad for not figuring it out!Awesome customer service!
