Sales staff are not pushy. Store is well lit, clean and organized. They will take jewelry on consignment to sell for you. I've had jewelry repaired there which was quality done.

Becky and Carol are amazing to work with. I called first, their response was polite and positive so took a long ride to Dekalb. Both were so helpful and considerate. A pleasure!

I took my broken necklace here to be fixed and had a wonderful experience. They quoted me a two week turnaround time, but it was ready in less than a week. Everyone was very friendly.
