“I went in on a recommendation. I had a slow leak in one tire, felt like I needed an alignment and my muffler was rattling.
The tire and alignment were done. They checked my filters and sent me pictures of how clogged they were. Those got replaced.
Unfortunately I was told that due to a design flaw there is nothing that can be done about the muffler. : (
They sent pictures and informed me of everything they were doing. I highly recommend this business.”

“I have a Dodge Caravan with a sensitive tire sensor. Halmar and his technician aired up the tires and they put it on the screen to check that the sensors were all good. I also had a Chevy pick up with one mismatched tire. They were able to find a excellent used one and installed that. Nice people!!”

“All together today was a long day. I made an order online and saw that they offered an option to use affirm a few weeks ago. I was excited to see this especially with Christmas around the corner. I made maybe 3-4 orders that all got canceled online and finally just showed up at the store today to resolve whatever the issue was. The issue was not the Wal-Mart store teams fault and actually they were all very patient with me and as helpful as they could be. I was the one determined to use Affirm. I was back and forth with the customer service online, on the phone and at the store all day.Finally... we figured it all out and I'm so thankful for it. Everyone working in the auto center was fun and really wanted to help. Most people there did not have too much experience with Affirm and that honestly wasn't their fault or even the issue, there is just so much disconnect between online and instore. The way we all handled it was probably the best it could have happened. I love my new tires and so happy we figured it out today. We were all able to figure it out and I got to use Affirm. :)”
“The headliner in my 1985 El Camino had to be replaced and after much searching for a replacement I contacted The Parts Place Inc. . These guys were terrific,they located a supplier and in a short time I received a perfect headliner.but the story doesn't end there, ten months after being installed the fabric suddenly just released from the structure.. I contacted The Parts Place inc. and this guy John said I'll see what I can do and get back to you. This was the 24th of June, Today ,July 8 th ,I received the new replacement headliner ! I am not only very pleased but also amazed with the excellent customer service given that is unfortunately lacking in our country these days. So complements to The Parts Place. Great people to do business with , I truly appreciate and respect this company.”
