“Today was the first time I stopped into Parkway Presents. Took me a while to see what your store is all about & I’m so glad I finally visited! Your customer service and variety of children’s products is outstanding. So great to get back to old school values where customers are appreciated and greeted with a smile. The sales associates were so knowledgeable regarding all the fun creative in stock items. Their suggestions were right on for what I was looking for. I’ll definitely be back with my 7 yr old grandson who I’m sure will love choosing a special toy he’ll enjoy that doesn’t involve screen time!

“My nephew Enzo is visiting from California to spend his 14th Birthday in Chicago. We attended the Lego Convention then we went to Woodfield to search for a specific set but couldn’t find it there. The wonderful Manager at Woodfield called the Northbrook location and we were able to order the set my Nephew Enzo was looking for. We arrived at the Lego Store in Northbrook and felt very Welcomed by the staff:Mery, Elizabeth and Cameron made my nephew’s day. “This is the second time I’ve ordered from this store & both experiences exceeded expectations! The first time, I was looking for a specific product. It was shown on their website, but currently out of stock (in the middle of the supply chain issues). I called to check when/if it would be back in stock and their communication was stellar! They let me know that it had been ordered and kept me apprised of subsequent delays.The second time I ordered (today), I was given the option of free local delivery as one of the shipping methods. The gift appeared at my door wrapped complimentary.Both experiences, the people who work here couldn’t be nicer; they truly understand the value of good customer service!”

“Great local place to find books ? of several subjects and genres! Apart from the books, you can find souvenirs, accessories, etc. Starbucks coffee is another attraction along with deserts, cookies, etc. Very please environment. Friendly staff members. I would definitely recommend this place! A+”

We bought so many great thing's that you can't really appreciate unless you see them in person. I will definitely be back, and recommend this store for anyone seeking a perfect children's gift or baby shower present. Bonus points for the free gift wrap done by the wonderful sales staff!”

“My family and I went to buy some loose Pokemon cards that my sons were interested in. The cards that they wanted were very random and consisted of Pokemon using all different energies as well as Trainers. The owner Jester was there and he was extremely helpful, helping us find over 30 of the cards that they were looking through by going through binders and loose cards in a box, which was extremely tedious. We've been to many Gamers Worlds where the employees running the store seem like they couldn't care less about their customers. We were fortunate to have the exact opposite experience here and want to thank Jester so much for his kindness and patience!”
“First time at this location. Note that the main photos shown are old. They told me that they don’t bring hardly any plushies in anymore and their focus is more on figures. They have a huge selection of sh figuarts and figma and then some other really cool statutes (non posable). They also have other anime knickknack things, if you’re a anime nerd this place is for you.”

“Love the premise. In practice, not as effective as I would like.Mighty Nest purports to send you one item a month to help you change over to something more environmentally conscious. Unfortunately, in reality, the items they have are mostly junk that clutters your counters, cabinets, drawers, or what have you. Anything more useful ends up not available for your "surprise" item. You can choose the item you can receive, but those choices are vary limited, repetitive, and anything good ends up with an added premium price, usually exorbitant.What makes it worth 4 stars is the added available items that you can shop for. For example, I can get Mrs. Murphy's products that are hard to get and more expensive elsewhere, like limited, seasonal scents in bar soaps and dishwashing liquids, at good prices for far longer that at other sites. Might Nest does offer a few products I haven't seen elsewhere. they also allow you to add your preferred products as a subscription at no additional postage to your monthly package.One more benefit: you can change your shipping date at any time. Just remember to do this if you need to or if you don't care for the items on your list of choices.So, if you choose to sign up, just be aware of the caveats and check in regularly.”
