Harris is super helpful. The 3rd party delivery company misdocumented our documentation about the mattress. I was told that I will be contacted by them for delivery of more recently made mattress and that I will be contacted once they have the mattresss. It turned out that they misdocumented so the documentation on Tempurpedic was that they were waiting to hear from me. Harris caught that and fixed that issue, by monitoring my order on his own, without me asking. Super nice and helpful! I haven't slept on my mattress long enough, but so far it is comfortable. Better than other brands.

Harris was great. He took the time to explain and show me the difference’s between the hybrid and standard tempur-pedic bed, as well as the value of having an adjustable bed platforms. And because I have a long history of neck and back issues I decided to purchase the pro-breeze hybrid with an adjustable base.
I truly appreciated Harris’s patience with all of my questions and his knowledge of the Tempur- pedic line.
I’m looking forward to reading in my bed in the zero gravity position and then readjusting the bed for a good nights sleep

I stopped in the store to browse pillows while visiting from Texas. I was immediately welcomed by Harris. He was very informative, kind and took the time to listen to what I was looking for. After allowing me to try various pillows, I was able to select the one that was best for me. Thank you Harris for such a great experience!

Harris Weiss at tempur pedic deefield store was very helpful and knowledgeable with information on me obtaining the right and best pillow for me. He made me feel very comfortable and relaxed with customer service and my choice in choicing the right pillow for me.
