The customer service was excellent! Cesar was very patient and did a wonderful job at explaining the different mattresses. He wasn’t pushy and allowed us to make a decision when we were ready. Awesome experience and a great mattress purchased!

Cesar was amazing and helped me pick the perfect mattress. The delivery was organized and smooth. They quickly and efficiently put together my mattress and other items while taking away my old mattress which was great! I love my Saatva Classic so much! So comfortable and I have been sleeping so well. I am a side sleeper so I got the more plush version. Seriously, the best mattress I've ever owned!

Shawna was awesome. I went online and was debating between three mattresses. Shawna showed us each, gave us advice for stomach vs side sleepers and which mattress was best for my sciatica. Was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The best - can’t wait to sleep on the new mattress!!

I researched Saatva online but wanted to see/feel the difference between the different firmness of the Classic mattress. I was helped by Myell and she couldn't have been nicer. Very patient and let me try both and even pillows. If you're at the store on Halsted, I highly recommend working with Myell. She's friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable.

Myell provided friendly, speedy, and expert service! She knew everything about the mattresses, so much so that I didn’t need to ask many questions.
This was our first time mattress shopping and it couldn’t have been more seamless. I already had an idea of what I wanted and were able to test out the mattresses without any hassle and at our own pace. There were lots of water bottles and mints laid out for guests which was a nice touch.
I asked Myell about pillows. I feel like pillows can be more hit and miss for me but she was able to help me pick one out in just a few minutes. So much faster than online shopping!
